They were apologetic and immediately corrected the order with no problem. Their personal attention and speedy response was incredible. I love your frames but shipping through CanPar needs to be re-assessed. Parcel stuck in Calgary with no one to help either online or at the number provided for support.

I am so happy with the 3 picture frames I ordered. I was a little leery because I measured myself and ordered online so I wasn’t sure if everything would work out OK but it was excellent! The only thing that I found was it did not include instructions on how to use all the mounting brackets that it came with and how to properly attach it to the picture frame.
