I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.

I'll be sure to save all of my future cellphone pictures as large files! You've been accommodating and so easy to work with (and encouraging, when I thought this would never happen).
