I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. They did everything I could have asked for. They spent the time to help me figure out which photo\'s had enough resolution to print on the large size I wanted and which photos would work for which sizes. They were honest with me if they thought a picture would not look good. My canvas were at my door in one, in 6 business days. They were packaged very well to ensure there was no damage. I couldn\'t be happier with my experience and the product they produced. I would use them again without a doubt and would recommend them for anyone wanting to get a canvas print.
